Francia Cooper is an accomplished marketing and brand consultant based in New York City. With over six years of experience in marketing, event planning, influencer and public relations, Francia brings a multifaceted skill set to her work.

Currently, Francia holds the position of Senior Global PR Manager at Maybelline, a subsidiary of the L'Oréal Group. In this role, she oversees global public relations initiatives for the brand.

Prior to her time at Maybelline, Francia served as the Senior PR and Influencer Relations Manager at FEKKAI, where she successfully managed public relations and influencer campaigns.

She also led global events, PR, and influencer relations at BECCA Cosmetics, a brand under Estée Lauder. During her tenure, Francia planned and executed a variety of consumer, influencer, and media-facing launch activations, including the renowned #BECCAScape product launch influencer getaways, the #BECCAxChrissy launch event, and the #BECCABFFs launch event. She also coordinated with high-profile talent such as Khloe Kardashian, Malika Haqq, Chrissy Teigen, and influencer Sanaa, Hatice, and Jaclyn Hill.

In addition to her professional achievements, Francia has cultivated her own social media presence as a micro-influencer in the fitness and wellness space. She frequently partners with notable brands like Nike, New Balance, and Calvin Klein, showcasing their products to her engaged audience. Francia's passion for travel is also prominent in her content, as she explores diverse cultures and destinations. Currently, she serves as an ambassador for Gympass.

Francia's career began with internships at Ocean Drive Magazine and Haute Living Magazine, while also gaining experience in the hospitality industry at SLS Hotel, Morgan's Hotel Group during her college years. She earned her BA in Advertising and Broadcast Communications from Barry University in Miami in 2013. Shortly after graduating, Francia relocated to New York City, where she embarked on her successful career. Since then, she has worked with renowned brands such as the Real Real, Remy Martin, BECCA Cosmetics/Estée Lauder, and L'Oréal, continuously making strides in her field.
